With Ingvild as a coach, you meet someone who is concerned with mastery, confidence and building faith in yourself in the process. Everyone has different assumptions, but there is always a way forward towards your goals.
Ingvild is a trained occupational therapist, personal trainer and health counselor, and has extensive experience in strength training, weightlifting and CrossFit.
