Janne has nearly ten years of experience in the fitness industry, both through work at various gyms and through her own company, Ditt Mål. With her multidisciplinary approach, she has extensive experience in guiding people towards a better health and increased quality of life. Janne is passionate about both physical and mental well-being, and her goal is to help everyone achieve a body that functions optimally in everyday life. I have the belief in proper and simple exercise, so that you get a body that works optimally for what you want to use it for. I am strongly committed to a holistic approach, and how mental and physical health are linked. And I believe that “knowledge is power” - because once you know why to do something, and how, doing it becomes a simple matter of course.

I can help you who want to improve your endurance — where especially running, running technique and running economy are my specialty. As a PT, and a therapist, also passionate about injury prevention, mobility and flexibility -- something I believe everyone of all ages should do, basic strength and customized training at different ages and different life stages. I am concerned with how your body is and works so that we can train as efficiently as possible for your body and needs.
I have many 10-year experience as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach, where I am particularly concerned with personal routine change and quality over quantity.

• Running, especially active in the last 5 years — from 10 km to ultra running, preferring off-road.
