The first step for me is not about training goals, but about understanding you. That's why I always start with one question: How are you -- really? I've worked for years with people who come to me because their body doesn't feel like “theirs” anymore -- whether because of stress, pain, low energy, menopause, or injuries. And I understand that. The body can be a pretty confusing project.

I chose this profession because I know how much easier life will be when the body works a little better every day. When you sleep better. When you feel stronger. When you feel coping, less pain. When you no longer dread training, but actually rejoice.

I'm not the kind of coach who yells, pushes or complicates. I am the one who adjusts, explains, supports and makes you believe that you can actually make it happen. And I'm not going to give you a perfect plan. I'm going to give you a realistic plan -- one that fits into the life you're actually living. And I'm going to go along with you as you build yourself stronger, safer and more bossy over your own head and body. Because you can.

The only thing you need is a start that suits you -- and that's exactly where I come in.
